hi, everytime i try to login it gets stuck. i type in my id and password and press enter and then nothing happens. it doesnt "freeze" per se because the music keeps playing, but no new screen pops up or anything else. i made another account to try it again but the same thing happened. dont want to make a million accounts. hope to hear back soon, thanks!
yes, i just tried it again and it still gets stuck after i press login. just stays there, i let it sit too but nothing
this is what it looks like if that helps at all. i tried rebooting, reinstalling, installing in different locations, waiting.. but still nothin
so i ended up fixing it by making a new account with a different birth year. i had put 1900 as my birthyear and im guessing it just couldnt register that i could possibly be 120 years old..... try making a new account, you can use the same email, but try a different birth year and see if it doesnt fix itself. hope that helps..
