Hi GM Alex, I am a mac user and I'm able to log on to different accounts and different characters however when I tried logging into the character "tubbysin", maple saga crashes for me with an error code: -2147467261 (unknown error 0x80004003). Before the crash my character was crafting neo earrings. I am still able to access other characters on the same account work fine. My guild mates say that they received the notification when i log on but on my end it crashes immediately. I also tried re-installing but it didnt work. Using a completely different computer also results in the same problem. Can you please help me. I look forward for your reply and hope you have a great day ahead Cheers Tubby
Just make sure you download the latest patch. If you don't download it by June 5th, you won't be able to play at all.
