Removing Sealing Lock on Unscrolled Weapon

Hi, I got a bit excited at getting my FOM and I ended up putting a sealing lock on it. Can I get the weapon unsealed? No scrolls have been used on it and I'm hoping to get a higher WA one in the future.

You should have noticed there is a pop up msg warning that no ways can unlock once item being locked.
