PIGGY EVENT UNABLE TO LOOT

As per title stated, I hit a pig on the most recent piggy event but couldn't loot.
@gm in game but not sure how it works or how i can check gm's reply.
please assist !

No GM available to help? @gm ingame so many times but never once got a reply..hmm

 

There’s currently only 1 gm and 1 moderator for the game. It is hard to match both yours and their online timing.
