The current haiku theme is: Cramming For Exams Now, what is a ‘Haiku’, you may ask? Or how do you pronounce it? Haiku, pronounced [High-Coo] is a style of poetry developed by the Japanese as early as the 7th Century! How does one write a haiku, you may ask? Haikus are poems that follow a unique pattern with 3 lines: Line 1 has 5 syllables Line 2 has 7 syllables Line 3 has 5 syllables. Here is an example: SAGA is awe-some (5 syllables) I love the com-mu-ni-ty (7 syllables) Let’s play to-ge-ther (5 syllables) How does the ‘Cramming For Exams’ theme work? All entries are to be in image format, with a 3-line haiku underneath. 1. This haiku event will require you to write about your memories around writing exams for school. 2. Then, take a photo with at least 1 friend in an in-game map that's related to your haiku! Here is an example that follows the theme: We're taking a break Getting ice cream and milk tea Right before exams! Everyone who participates is a Winner! We have a special prize for everyone at the end.
