Not receiving medal for NX equipping "System Malfunction"

I bought the NX items needed for the medal & I've equipped them but I'm not receiving the medal, am I doing something wrong? Do I need to speak to someone in order to obtain it? TIA

Try to unequip all the items that are non related to the medal.
After doing so, try change channel or re-login.

If it doesn't work after all this, PM Alex directly I guess.
