I have been voting and I realized that I never get my tickets and there is always a message that I need to vote even after I finish voting. I only get the NX but my vote doesn't seem to count.
Just to clarify, you received the 100NX reward but not the 5x Prime Gachapon Tickets? Did you check your Cash Shop inventory for the tickets? Try clearing some space in the Cash Shop inventory as well, just to be sure. Should be fine, but did you vote with your Account Name (the ID you use to log in) correctly instead of your in-game name?
I already checked Cash and vote with the game ID. My quests weren't working too, I tried to do Amos'. I wanted to go to Havanna but I can't because of the vote.
