   hello,
   this is my first time installing the game on MAC. I did everything as ordered. I read all of the post but still I have this issue.
   can I fix it?

   Can you try moving MapleSaga.app into your Documents folder and running it again? If that doesn't work, try moving it to your Desktop and running it again.
