Ign: MisterSquash Problem: So earlier today I bought a 4 hour exclusive dungeon pass for 3k nx from the cash shop. I decided not to use it immediately and when I re logged it had expired. And I would like to be refunded a pass. I think I deserve to be refunded because no where in the item description does it say it will only be available after purchase for 4 hrs (unlike the exp cards). So how was I suppose to know this was going to happen. hopefully you can help thanks
