24hr 2x DROP says its expired after 8hrs of using it.

Hi Alex,

My 24hrs 2x Drop rate says its expired after only using for like 8 hours.

My other character that bought during the same time is fine but only this character.

I have bought another 2x drop rate because i have my dungeon running.


Kindly please look into this.
