Hi Alex, What happened: One of my characters on my account (AmeliaWatson) is unable to access the cashop (instant crashing). How: I was transferring cash equips between characters and I crashed from cashop on that character. Now it always crashes as soon as I go into the cashop only on that character. How can I fix this? Thanks in adv.
Restart your computer and try again. Do not shut down and turn on your computer. Use the "restart" button from your Start Menu.
