Shop is 'stuck' and items cannot be claimed

    Hi Alex, my char IGN: TrapBigK cannot claim it's items via Fredrick. When I talk to him, he responds "your shop is currently open..."

    That's not correct. You get this message when you speak to Fredrick (I checked it myself):

    Your USE inventory is full and your EQUIP inventory is almost full. Make space.
