Shop gone and item not retrievable

Dear Alex,

My shop is resetted on 09 sept 2023 in the morning. When i visited it at 2000h on the same day(09sep 2023), it was gone. And the shop npc aka fredrick said that the shop is still opened in fm8.



However, my shop in fm 8 is nowhere to be found.




And i cant retrieve any of my items from fredrick



please help me on this bug. thank you.
