I have all transparent NX gear equipped (including shield though I hear it isn't required) and still haven't gotten the "lewd" medal. I tried equipping & unequipping, standing in different maps, changing channels, etc. But still no medal. Is this medal bugged?
This medal is slightly bugged and takes a few tries. Usually changing channels / relogging then reequipping some items help. Not sure what causes this.
This medal specifically was bugged because we only coded it to detect "Transparent Weapon" as the transparent NX required for the weapon slot. In the original report, the player had a "Transparent Wand" on, and the medal didn't reward because it was expecting a "Transparent Weapon". I've since fixed to check for "Transparent Weapon", "Transparent Claw", "Transparent Wand" and "Transparent Knuckle".
