Hi Alex, I purchased and wore all the required nx for the medal "System Malfunction" but was not awarded the medal. I believe there's a bug. If you see below, the Dark Suit and Dark Enamel Suit do not have the "E" noted on the picture. I believe that's the difference. Once the nx is worn, my character doesn't have the "matrix" effect behind it like other characters do. I tried 2 accounts and it didn't work, please award my medals and fix the bug. Thank you, this was an unintended bug when we changed gender-specific equipments to being unisex (equip-able by all genders). There are two parts to this bug: Medals weren't being awarded properly Gender-specific equip effects are not showing Part 1 has been fixed. I will put a fix in for part 2 in the next client patch.
