hey alex, been lagging non stop for awhile now, playing on a mac. usually disconnecting after about 30 mins of gameplay on average. me and my boyfriend have the same problem on 2 different computers, his computer is newer and the lag is worse on his, he cant stay logged in for very long. is it because of our location? we are in california. we keep redownloading the client, really have tried everything. pls help

Hey Alex, I accidently scrolled my fist of malice using a 10% without consuming the WS in my inventory. I assumed pressing "cancel" would just stop the scrolling, instead of proceeding to go without the WS. Is there a way to get the slot back, and remove the WS that should have been used? ign: Mathiel

Hey Alex could you help me out please, every single time i click my character to log in , the game dc's and i get an error saying "You have been disconnected from the login server. please try again later. i searched up the problem and it google replies have been saying apparently my whole pc has been banned from server?!?! can you please help my Character name i just created is "Kilohh"
