Won chair from free ticket, didn't receive because no slot

Hi, I was redeeming my second free ticket and saw the mega that I won a chair.

At the same time, the NPC chat with Tia mentioned something about no slots in ETC, there was no message about me gaining any items or chair. So, I didn't receive anything from it.

Doesn't the chair slot belong to Setup instead of ETC? Please give me the chair

 

Have u tried talking to duey? Usually it's with duey if there no slot to receive rewards.

 

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately it doesn't work, says there are no packages for me. Also, since that bug, I'm unable to get into cash shop (have reloaded my client), I have a glimpse of an empty cash shop before my client crashes.
