NX item won't let me purchase.

The item in particular is Sleepy Bunny, it is a headgear. It's not gender restricted and I have more than enough to afford it. I don't think I reached maximum NX item capacity but when I try to buy it a pop comes up reading, "Due to an unknown error, the request for Cash Shop has failed." Hopefully there's a resolution I kinda like that hat. ;-;

Just to add I'm using my own maple points not the secret santa stuff.

 

hi, can you try to re-log in or type @dispose in game?
maybe you can also try to re-client and re-start your computer.
otherwise, you can create another character beside your main, train to level that able you to go in cash shop, and help purchase.
note that during secret santa period you would need to choose to click (tick) "maple point" instead of blanks.
make sure you are paying using maple point, not gift-ing.

i don't think there is any maximum capacity (at least to what i know of) for NX items, since i have many repetitive NX item in the cash shop inventory.

 

Yea I've tried just about all I can do on my end, it's gotta be done server side.
