No rewards from Voting

Hello, anyone can help me? I keep voting for the servers but im not getting the prime gachapon

 

Hello,

Make sure your using your username you log in with and not your character name.
Also the prime tickets go into your cash shop inventory so double check there.

Try voting in incognito mode

 

I'm struggling with the same issue too actually.

Ever since, I accidentally tried to vote twice within the day, I was unable to get the Prime Gachapon already!

Tried in Incognito mode too
