Resolved ID already logged in or under Inspection

I reported a bug that my main character can't be logged in through my third character. When the GM informed that it is done, another bug comes along 'This is an ID that is already logged in, or the server is under inspection' when I tried to login. Can any GM help to fix this? Thanks!

 

I usually get that pop-up whenever I try to log in too quickly after logging out.
(If you haven't tried yet, wait about 10 seconds then log in.)
