Hi! I realised that I have been facing this problem recently! Every time I try to vote the site claims that I need to wait a whole 24 hours again even though it had been more than 24 hours since I last voted. Is this a bug? Thanks! Btw my IGN is moondust if it helps the tracking
Hi! do you summit your ID in the voting section? https://maplesaga.com/vote key in your account ID and not your in game name. after that, you will be directed to a page where you can verify your identity. by making the pictured animal to straight position, and click verify. after that, please click a box below that says vote. you may not use the same IP address to vote 2 account. (i.e. u use wifi with laptop, and use the same wifi to vote with mobile phone). however, it is able to use your mobile's data to vote. you may not vote twice or more within the 24 hour time frame. (i.e you voted at 1pm, and you wanted to vote another time at 2pm). you may not vote more than 1 server in gtop. (i.e. you voted for Maple XXX that is in gtop server, and thus vote another time in MapleSaga). if this still persist, please wait for 2 or 3 day stop voting, and continue after. usually it was bugged because you are voting too frequently or too fast. hope this help! if you are doing none of the above, please share your voting sequence/ information with me so i can help! there is no any information given it is difficult to understand what went wrong .

no problem! if the site have this issue again, you will not be able to vote within the next 24~26hours. it is safer to to vote after 2~3 days to enjoy voting benefits.
