I like change my character and when I double click him to start and spawn in game crashes and says this error : "error code : -2147467261 (invalid pointer) I haven't seen any fixes around here can you help me please?

I've tried like 4 times its weird it doesn't seem to work Like games come up i click channels when i click my character to log in it crashes says that message

So I have to download like the 1.7 gigs folder it's not like only the version 62 + a small launcher anymore? I think this is what I need to do..
