I've been trying to delete a character but the game insists that the birthday I enter is incorrect. I believe I have set a birthday and I have also given my email so that I may receive my birthday password. I have already looked over a resolved issue with the same problem so I did follow the advice given: http://forums.maplesaga.com/index.php?threads/character-deletion.308/ I would really just like to have my password emailed because I've already tried a bunch of different combinations for the birthday code.
As of recently, we've decided to no longer retrieve birthdays due to the personal information involved and our lax account sharing policy.
