Resolved Cash Items Gone

I was recently transferring my cash items between characters when the game suddenly turned off, and when I logged back on, all the items I was transferring disappeared.
I had my pet, all the pets items (the 4 equips) and other equip items, and they all disappeared.
I hope that this can be remedied.
