Hello, I've just downloaded the game and created account, so I don't have any character created. I can't run the laucher, I click on it, the process on Task Manager is running but the game window does not show up... I have no antivirus and my farewall is not activated. Could someone suggest me something to try?
I have the same problem, I've done everything and nothing solves it. The game simply does not open, you click on the icon and nothing happens

Same issue. Windows 10. Antivirus and my firewall is not activated. In Compatibility mode for windows 8 / Windows me `Disable display scale on high DPI settings` checked and unchecker, Nothing worked!
