The most common reason for this problem is that your character is stuck. Simply log into another account or character and type @unstuck. Then, enter the account details of the account that is stuck to unstuck it. You may need to register a 2nd account by clicking here: http://maplesaga.com/register. The other reason that can happen is that you are connecting from a high-risk network, such a certain university Wi-Fi networks (like Nanyang Technological University).
