can't buy cash shop item

    Hi i can't seem to buy the dream candy pillow from the cash shop.. everytime i click on buy, it will show an error. Also, i bought one transparent shield but two of them came out and also the price for two of them was deducted from my points. I am very certain i clicked buy only once. Please help :(
