After closing off a Hired Merchant today (which was set up for raid payment), I was unable to retrieve the mesos and remaining items through Frederick, as the message shows that my shop is still open. One of the raid participants tried to make payment and he informed me that shops have been bugged for him lately. Hence, there was 1 etc left inside the shop when I closed it off. Thereafter, I tried relogging and reclienting but it didn't resolve the problem. I also tried retrieving the mesos and items in every channel but I received the same error message, likewise when I try to open a new Hired Merchant. May I have some help with this please?
