So basically title. Ive found ways to change your password if you know the existing one, thats not what I'm asking but the question is there is a reset password somewhere? This feature exists in forum on this link: https://forums.maplesaga.com/index.php?lost-password/ but I'm asking whether such a feature exists also for the ingame account. @alex
To reset your password at this time without knowing your existing password, you'll need to go through me for security reasons by messaging me on the forums.
Ah so the thing is: I didn't actually forget the password. But when i put in the birthday, to change the password, it is not the right one. Is there some way for you to verify that its my account maybe using the email. I read that you are not allowed to pull birthday records for security reasons, do you mean pull to show me or pull to check against it? I might have mistyped my birthday and it might be very close to it for example. Will it be enough for me to verify I own the email used to sign up or show that I know the email used to sign up for example?
Yes thats the first one i tried. It says my birthday is wrong even though I'm sure I put in the right one Thats why i was asking if there are other ways to verify my ownership of the account.
I can reset your birthday if you type your correct birthday in-game by using the @gm command. For example: @gm I would like to reset my birthday to January 1st, 1990.
