I need to kill 400 poison poopas for inventory and they were spawning slowly across the three maps they spawn in so I'd kill them then change channels. By the time I got through all 10 channels I doubled back to the first one and only found like 1-2 fish between the 3 maps. So I went through more channels and only really found a few here and there. This spawn rate seems slow to the point of being messed up, I can sit in Turban Shell Hill for 20+ mins without a fish spawn. Idk if there's something I'm missing or if it's a bug, either way it is I figured I'd bring it to the forums
henlo I went to the map turban shell hill and there was only Sparkers there. Then I used Genesis on the Sparkers and the Poison Poopa spawned. When you kill the Poison Poopa, there is a chance that either a Sparker or a Poison Poopa will replace it. Since you only killed Poison Poopa then it eventually only spawned Sparkers. You need to kill both Sparker and Poison Poopa to keep the spawn rate of both even.
