Cant sell Charon Shoulder??

Any reason why im not able to sell this item again in my shop?
It says the item is unavailable to trade with others.. but i have another charon shoulder that i can sell in the shop

 

Before ur trading, or npc or wearing, u need to relog/ change channel to do so.
