Hi GM, I have failed my upgrade from BR2 -> BR3 about 25 times now. I am wondering if there is something bugged? There are a few occasions where I let the time run out because I went on a raid but if the chance of upgrade is 20%, it feels weird that I have failed so many times in a row now. Any insight would be much appreciated. Thank you for your time.

It is unfortunate that you've failed 25 times. However it is very much possible for such odds to occur. And no it is not bugged in anyway.
The chances of failing 25 times for an upgrade that happens 20% of the time is 0.4% so I'd say it's actually very unlikely that would happen. This is just based on the math, I don't think it's actually unreasonable to see if something is bugged in that case.
I disagree. Your math is correct, but 0.4% is not as low as you think. Consider for a moment that you are the only individual who has posted about failing their BR3 more than 10 times on the forums, after 4 years of MapleSaga being open. In that case, I'm sure you'd recognize that it's entirely open to possibility that you are, unfortunately, the one unlucky player who had to go through so many trials. Random events that only have a 1% chance of occurring happen every day on MapleSaga. 0.4% isn't as low as you think it is.
Hey Alex! Could I also check with you whats the success rate for BR2? Have been trying for 2 weeks But luck doesn't seem to favor me either
