Merch abruptly closing?

My merch keeps closing out of nowhere ? I make sure I reset before it hits the 24hr mark.
It just closed down 10minutes after I reset it just then, and when I went to retrieve items I went back to my fm room and it was glitched there
Closed 6-7hoursish after I reset it yesterday too and about 10 hours the day before that.
