    My hired merchant (CH1-RM4) was established around 9pm (UTC+8:00) but it was found closed after 10 hours later.
    IGN: PockyMan

    This happened to my another character: PEKMEL. The hired merchant for this character was in CH1-RM8

    Hi! There was an emergency patch (a.k.a server reset) on ~12hours ago. So that might be the reason why :(
