Hi, I was doing a Hell BPQ half an hour or so ago and leveled up. I washed the 5 AP with some AP resets while inside the BPQ. A couple of bosses later, a party member died and we were kicked out. Later, I noticed an eye accessory in my inventory that I definitely did not have before with 255 slots available. The attached image shows the equip. Please advise.
