I've forgotten to report this, but I can't seem to get Taggrin to craft CWK symbols/upgrade symbols for me anymore. Instead of having typical selectable options to craft, i simply get him saying "I see you there. What do you want?". With no further dialogue options and no crafting windows. I also tossed a symbol I was carrying to see if there was some interaction with holding an extra symbol.
Re-enter the map (Do not change channels or relog. Exit the map through the portal and re-enter) and speak to him again.
