Currently have had two people working through the channels for more than an hour and have had zero success with getting Tae Roon so spawn. At one point another person stopped by saying they haven't had one spawn for days. I am going to take that to mean there is a bug going on here.

Yea very sure I was in the right spot, maybe I just need to be there for a very long time like the guy in that post? Or just very very unlucky.
