Quests Dissapeared

i've noticed 2 of my quests have dissapeared permanently and i had not completed them (the entire questline)

there were 2 instances:

Whalians and the Nautilus. after giving the MP Elixir to the whale he sends you to touch a rock, after i touched it the quest had been erased, not completed, not in progress.

it also happened with ' a Mysterious entity on board' after doing the beggining of the quest up to the point where they send you to kill some pigs and snails and obtain the amulet. as i was leaving nautilus, it was no longer there. has anyone else had this problem?

EDIT: i noticed that the quest items (like the amulet of the dark mage's apprentice) is still obtainable but nothing else happens

 

Check aquarium zoo for Kenta and Nautilus Harbor outside the ship for Bart

 

for what exactly? is this some way to fix the quests. i knew where these NPCS were, but the little book icon that's supposed to appear is no longer there, the quest itself was removed from the quest list

 

Yea same here, the quest just disappeared from my log but I was still able to find the black magician thingy.

 

Oh Ic... I thought u have trouble finding the next part to the quest because I did too when I did those quest. If the quest progress book is not showing up, then I am not sure too I'm sorry
