Persistent client crashing in FM

Char name: overdoser
Problem: Seemingly at random, my client (both the nvidia client AND regular client) would crash, most notably inside the Free Market (very rarely outside, but has happened).

In most cases (lets say 99%+ of the time), the following would happen:

Client fades to black
Client closes



Rarely however (remaining 1%), the following will happen:

Client fades to black
Client closes
Error reads:



Usually I'm not focusing on the game client when the issue happens, so I don't particularly notice anything, but when I am looking, there doesn't seem to be one specific thing that happens to cause crashing. Earlier today, I did a fresh install of the nvidia client, and have crashed twice since then.

HW info:
AMD 3700X
Windows 10
nvidia gtx 970

 

I have tried both clients, I initially switched over to that client due to the crashes, but it hasn't resolved the issue. I did a fresh install today and have also crashed today.

 

I joined your event today and as soon as the timer hit 00:00, the game crashed

 

Hi, I was waiting for the event in sagasquare today, and the game crashed again

 

The game crashes for me every time there is a GM event with a vote popup

Also using nvidia client, although it seems network related to me

Now experiencing very regular crashing in mu lung dojo, roughly 1 crash every run.

 

this client is gettin annoying as hell now

 

This raid client ... for Nvidia user ... i set my resolutions to the lowest i can ...still facing strong Crash every raid that i done ... and also keep on crashing 3~6 times every run .... what client am i looking at srsly... ?
