NAME: Gfx Graphical glitch in Horntail SEVERITY:1 LOCATION: Horntail raid(after preheads) REPRODUCIBILITY: Always(every raid) DESCRIPTION: When in Horntail raid, parts of Horntail would just disappear randomly every few seconds for a few seconds and re-apear. This happens with most body parts of Horntail, with the heads with most occurrence and the body/legs/wings arms with less occurrence or sometimes none. SCREENSHOT/VIDEO:not available ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I understand that Horntail is a Gfx intensive raid, however this glitch can not be fixed with a restart(reclient) of the game. When putting the settings on low, it still occurs. Also, there are no raid clients on a Mac therefore I’mposting this in a hope that there is some chance to solve this ^^ Thanks for your help
Hi Will, this is not a bug or a glitch but it's actually a meaning that you're using a raid client. As what you've said earlier, HT is a GFX intensive raid, the 'glitches' are actually meant for your client to use less graphic usage so you don't disconnect as often. As the body parts disappear, it means that the body part(s) are actually casting Magic/ buffing/ summoning mobs so maybe you can take it as an advantage as well. Hope this helps!
