For account issues, you need to send alex a direct message on here. Click the mailbox in the top right and add alex as a recipient.

 

Where do i do that?

 

In the top right, there's a box looking thing. Click on it and it should say conversations. Click "Start a New Conversation". In the Participant field, add Alex. Then add a conversation title and the contents of the message.
