I usually @susan to redeem the chocolate around 06:30AM EST every day but occasionally the chocolate melts even though I do nothing different from one day to another. Sometimes I can progress to the later chocolates, but on random days (like today; was on 4th chocolate) it will melt and I need to start over again. I haven't been able to complete all 8 chocolates in over a month despite the fact that I haven't missed a day. Any idea why this is happening?
