Sorry, I previously posted the same thread in the resolved issues section. I'm trying to delete my 2 characters. However, the game keeps telling me that my 8-digit birthday code is incorrect, even though I used the same birthday to change my game account password. Could an admin delete them for me? The IGNs are dequan and tyrone.
