Resolved Can't connect to map servers

Character Name: ahbeng88

Problem: After logging into my account and selecting my character, my character cannot be loaded onto the map. I can't use any skills and all the mobs are frozen in place.

Details: I am also connecting from a university campus network. Would it help if I get whitelisted on your Amsterdam server? My friend FlyingPing is also experiencing the same issue.

We are still unable to connect.

Edit: We have tried creating new characters on our accounts and they work fine. However, the characters with the aforementioned IGN's still don't work. Is it an issue with the characters then?
