cant get nx from voting

ive have played this saga for few days. so im kinda new to this. but why cant i get nx from voting? even though i did vote correctly ? can any1 help me with this?

If you correctly voted you should have receive a "note", which confirms that the vote has been done correctly.


If you didn't receive that "note", your vote didn't work.

Also, if you got the note - the vote succeeded, it will be credited in the MaplePoints.

Try to change channel, or re-log.
It may take some time (sometimes).

my character's name is the same with id login? i did try many times still havent got any nx from voting. it just keeps saying that i havent voted for over 24hrs above my char. help me with this pls
