Scroll for Overall for STR 30% - No option for it (Owl of Minerva, Friedrick)

Hello all, I want to report an issue that I am having: when I want to search 30% scroll for overall for STR either in Owl of Minerva or Friedrick (buying smega option) I can't find it. I have tried with all possible keywords, including searching just "overall" but it's simply not there, nor 70%s; Dark scrolls for overall for STR don't appear. Thanks for your help!
