Seriously, for example, Ice Splitter is on lvl 26 on my char, and it does so little damage, I've tested it on fire mobs and still, dmg is so low... It says on lvl 26 it does 122% damage + on fire mobs it should do more, yet it hits like nothing, and for example Blank Shot on lvl 20 does 120% damage, but it does 2x more damage compared to Ice Splitter... How???
