Hello MapleSaga community! For the past couple weeks I've been unable to successfully donate. After submitting the donations, a blank popup shows up briefly and I encounter an error on the page saying "3D Secure authentication failed." I've tried on Chrome and Safari on a few different computers/phones and always encountered the same problem. Anybody else have issues with this and have potential fixes? If not, are there other ways I can donate for maple points? @alex Thanks all!
same here, havent been able to donate for the last like 5 months, tried a lot of things and gave up lol
spoke with alex about this a while back, 3D secure authentication error happens when your bank is not allowing the donation to go through. they may have a hold on the payments. reach out to your bank and they should be able to fix this
Thanks @luust, I was able to speak to alex about this too! I played around with the donation page a bit more and found out that my bank allowed $10 donations to go through, but not $25. Haven't tested any other amount but maybe that'll be helpful! @Emith Cheers!
