Hi! I had a lot of NX items stored in my Cash Shop inventory. I opened the cash shop yesterday to see only one item in there: I cannot take out the item EDIT: I can put in items and take them out but not that one. I have notified a GM already but I thought this is something that people should see and be aware of.
There is a limit to cash shop inventories from what I know, and problems do occur once it's reached. If possible, store some NX on other characters once the issue is resolved, and try not to over-fill your cash shop.
