GM´s Help me plz

Hi, I'm having trouble getting into ravana. after voting he asks me to come back in a certain amount of hours. I have allowed 24 hours to go by without voting for it to restart and start the count again, and it repeats the message that it comes back in a number of hours. Help plz

 

Have you attempted it on another character or do you have a friend/sibling that uses the same computer by any chance?

I don't think this is the right subforum to post - should be technical issues instead.

Also, what the above poster is asking is if anyone on your computer/home network also does Erg - there's a limitation coded in to prevent people from farming Ergoth where it checks if you have done Erg before on the same computer.
